About the program
The Sport-Life Balance Program transfers the performance logic of sports into the world of corporate management and organizational development.
The program builds on one of the most important teachings of sport: performance is not just a physical or professional issue, but also a question of mental state, relationship system and community strength. Our development programs (team building, leadership development, presentations, workshops) show how the pillars known from sport (vision, strengths, focus, decision-action and failure-learning) can be transferred to everyday life and organizational operations - so that performance is not a short-term success, but a sustainable balance in the long term. The concept also supports the integration of athletes into the labor market, thus transferring the values of sport to the world of companies.
I am Attila Mizsér, an Olympic champion pentathlonist, organizational development trainer and motivational speaker.
In the world of sports, I have experienced what it means to make decisions under pressure, learn from failures and get back up again. I integrate these experiences into my work as an organizational developer. Building on the similarities between the structure of sports (athlete-coach-community) and the corporate structure (employee-leader-organization), I use the power of sports to develop organizations. A championship mindset also increases performance in corporate life.

🏢 The first corporate event
The concept appears in a corporate environment. I presented the SLBP concept at a corporate meeting. The event was organized with the Hungarian Modern Pentathlon Association.
🥇 LaserRun – Budapest Urban Games
The urban audience also gets a taste of the basic principle of our concept: we bring sports to where people are. A sports experience and the beauty of Budapest combined.
📜 TÉT Program – SZTNH register
Social Value Creation – this is the name under which the concept was born and became a protected intellectual property. The slogan: "Stake in sports, stake in business."
🥇🏢 Corporate LaserRun race – Modern Pentathlon World Championships, Budapest
Nine corporate teams compete on the official World Championships track. The cornerstone of the concept is the active participation of companies in major international competitions.
💻 SkillX – co-founding
Online platform to support dual careers for athletes. The SkillX Sport brand helps athletes integrate into the labor market through research and questionnaire tests.
🔵 Sport-Life Balance Program
New name, new image, SZTNH register. A name that is understandable even in the international environment better fits the ideas of the concept .
🏢 HR Fest – SLBP as an exhibitor
The national visibility for hungarian corporates, first partnerships, team building and family day events.

Idea and development of a city SLBP event format in cooperation with NetMaxx Hungary.

The lessons of sport in life and work. Pentathlon career challenges, turnarounds and setbacks, learnings for anyone's life. A coaching book, based on teachings of sport.

Corporate LaserRun relay races at the international competition venue, team building for participating companies and their families.
🏙️ Lábatlan – A city event
We first showed the concept in connection with a public festival event. Anyone could try the four sports of pentathlon, including grandchildren and grandmas. It's a conceptual pillar, to involve all age groups.
🏆 Debrecen Business Fest
The Sport-Life Balance Program won the audience award at the Business Fest organized by HR Fest. The laser pistol and the fencing e-hit pad were winners.

New project: messages written in songs, the champion mindset shared in the book, reaches people in a direct form, colored with music. The power of champions' mentality.
